To use this forum you must be 13 years of age or older and a registered user (non-registered
users are allowed to browse the forums but may not post content. If you are under 18 please
request permission from your parent or guardian).
Madvox offers its forum for the purposes
of open discussions around certain topics that range from products and services to general industry
and related items.
We have dedicated administrators and moderators that parse through our forum threads attempting to remove
or edit objectionable content. The appearance of such content in an open medium is inevitable and while
we strive for immediate removal of innappropriate content it is impossible to review every single
message in any sufficiently fast time frame.
You, the user, acknowledge that any content you post to these forums reflects your own individual
opinion and not that of Madvox Ltd, its staff, administrators, moderators or editors and you
will not hold Madvox Ltd. liable for your own posts or those of other individuals.
Posting of content that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, unlawful,
or otherwise inappropriate or that is derogative to Madvox Ltd. or any third party is strictly
banned. This includes but is not limited to posting of copyrighted information for which you are not
the legal owner, offending language, impersonating a third party, etc.
If you violate the forum rules you may receive a warning or may be immediately and permannently
banned and if you are a
registered customer, we may terminate our business relationship with you. Furthermore, for
malicious users attempting to circumvent the security of this site, we will record
originating IP addresses. Users found in violation of site security will
be added to the banned IP address list, reported to relevant Internet Service Providers and legal
authorities. All relevant traceroute information associated with the offending IP address will be
reported. Recording of IP addresses for traffic deemed malicious
is done to aid in enforcement of conditions and compliance with
this site's security and do not violate your privacy rights (see privacy policy at bottom.)
You hereby agree that the forum administrators and moderators have the right to remove, edit, move
or close any topic as they see fit. You further agree to any information you enter in these forums
being recorded in a database. This information, in agreement with our privacy rules, will not be
disclosed to any third-party by Madvox Ltd. without your consent. However, since this is
a public forum, Madvox Ltd. cannot be held responsible for information you post being compromised,
used by others or hacked.
