Apply to become a beta tester

To become a beta tester you "may" need to agree to non-disclosure with Madvox Ltd. due to research and technology transfers that we may make to you and early availability information about products which is usually kept confidential.

In the event that you wish to apply for our beta testing program we will determine if you need to sign an NDA depending on what you will be testing and if one is needed, we will send you a copy of this agreement that you must sign. Any required NDA is needed only once, no matter how many products you decide to test.

To become a beta tester, in addition to the NDA indicated above, you may need to agree to additional terms and conditions because we will need additional information from you in order to record what products you test and the feedback you submit to us. We will also grant you access as a beta tester so that you can browse and download the products you wish to test.

These conditions are an addendum to the privacy terms and conditions of use in this site. In the event that you wish to apply for our beta testing program we will send you a copy of these conditions by e-mail and you can agree with a corresponding reply.

All our game and applications are available for beta testing when they reach the appropriate stage of development. Madvox Ltd. reserves the right to determine when a product will be ready for beta testing. Being a beta tester does not confer you the rights to be informed of available products for testing although Madvox Ltd. will generally contact its beta testers as soon as products are available.

To apply to become part of our program, please contact us and specify on the contact form that you wish to become a beta tester. Since we target multiple platforms, please, specify any platform of choice (for instance, Pocket PC, PC, Consoles, etc...)

In appreciation for your help and interest, you will be granted a full owner llicense and a full copy of the final commercial version of the product you beta test at either a massive discount or completely free of charge (depends on product testing requirements).

Being a beta tester already grants you special privileges to post and download restricted content from this site. We sincerely thank you for your interest in helping us test new products.
